Ms. Berning has agreed to discount her services to members of AFGE Local 2152. She offers a half hour initial consultation at no charge. Additionally she will offer a discounted rate of $175.00 for her services and $75.00 for her paralegal. 

Ms. Berning has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years handling divorces, child custody, child support, juvenile dependency, termination of parental rights, grandparent rights, guardianship, and adoptions. She is a Washoe County Family Court mediator and she drafts wills, trusts, and handles estate planning and asset protection for the families she represents. She also offers discounts for flat rate services such as uncontested divorces and adoptions.
